We envision a major urban market, such as Washington D.C., with plenty of family attractions and a growing presence of local young families who would be interested in the hotel’s facilities, as the ideal location for the first Hotel Bambinee. Whether a ground-up development, or a conversion from an existing hotel, multifamily, or even an office building, we are seeking interested parties in real estate acquisition or co-development.

Like most hotel brands today which do not operate their own hotels, but franchise their brand to hotel owners, Hotel Bambinee will set the standards for each property to control the consistency, quality and guest experience. A skilled hotel management company with a financial interest is sought to manage the first and perhaps subsequent properties.

If you are a hotel owner with assets that make sense for our concept, we are looking to design spaces within existing properties. These can be fully repurposed hotels that recognize the opportunity to capitalize on our concept and this growing demographic. Or it can be a partial redevelopment of existing spaces or floors, allowing our auxiliary concept, Club Bambinee, to exist easily within the umbrella of your own brand. We are open to working with hoteliers on partial leases or in partnership to create proof of concept. Club Bambinee also allows for day-passes or memberships for local families, supporting the activation and investment in any repositioned public spaces.
